The participants are required to arrive at Navios Yokohama no less than 15 minutes before the tour starts.

1. Valid International Driving Permit in Japan or Valid Foreign Driving License in Japan is required

2. Being over 16 years old and being up to 70 years old
3. Weight is 45kg or more and less than 118kg
4. Under 20 years old always need to be accompanied by a parent/grandparent/legal guardian
5. For safety reasons (risk of falling, etc.)  a pregnant women cannot take part in the tour.
6. Inebriated or otherwise intoxicated persons are prohibited from riding a Segway. Participants who are evidently drunk or intoxicated at the beginning of a tour will not be permitted to participate in the tour.
7. It is recommended to wear flat, sturdy footweard(no heels).

1. The participant is required to treat the Segway sensibly and with the greatest possible care.
2. The participant is liable for any damage to the vehicle and/or damage caused by accidents with other road users and/or physical damages, as well as for any violations of Japanese traffic law.
3. A helmet must be worn, we provide the helmet for each participant.
4. Each participant will receive a comprehensive training session in the safe handling of a Segway, until he/she is able to operate the vehicle safely. We reserve the right to exclude participants from the tour who do not appear suitable to operate a Segway, who ignore the (security) instructions of the tour guide and who disturbe the tour or endanger themselves and/or others. In the event of unsuitability, the participant will be reimbursed the partial price of the tour fee.
5. The guide adapts the speed according to the circumstances.
6. The tour guide reserves the right to alter or shorten the route for security and / or organizational reasons (road blockings due to events, participants' Segway riding skills, participants' misbehavior) and /or if the regular duration of the tour is likely to be exceeded considerably.
7. Slightly rain going, but stormy weather cancel the tour, If the organizer decides that the tour is dangerous due to the weather, etc., the tour may be canceled in whole or in part. When we cancel the tour because of bad our reason, we will offer a partial or full refund of tour fee.  Although the tour is taken place but you don’t come according to your convenience, you must pay cancellation fee.

If you reschedule or cancel the tour according to your convenience, please contact us before 5 pm two days before the tour by phone or email.
Please note that cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations after 17:00 the two day before the reservation date.

◆About refund◆
Refund is carried out by way of the company of credit cards. We don’t refund you directly or pay in cash on the site.
Please ask the company of the credit cards when they will refund. It takes around a week to reflect the cancellation on the company of the credit cards.
