To go forward and stop, put your weight forth and back. It is the best method to want to go forward. Segway senses the movement of your center of gravity and runs forward. To stop, return the center of gravity that was tilted forward to the center. Bring the center of gravity to the back more and it will become a brake in a short distance. Since the motor is controlling, smooth acceleration and deceleration are performed safely. Segway products feature that has the control system in which the balance sensor can detect the tilt of delicate center of gravity of the passenger 100 times per second and control the balance accurately. So it makes the safe operation possible without feeling discomfort.

When making a turn, rotate the bar (lean steer) with a handlebar that extends vertically by tilting it to the left or right. Although it does not detect the movement of the center of gravity during the rotating operation, it will rotate smoothly by tilting the center of gravity in the direction to go. By looking at the direction you are going at this time, you will be able to turn more naturally.

Since this tour runs on public roads, you will need a driver's license (including an international driver's license) that permits the operation of small special vehicles, such as a regular car driver's license or a regular motorcycle license. Please be sure to bring your own when you participate. Please check below for other conditions of participation (age, etc.).
We accept private tours only on weekdays. You don't have to worry about other participants, and you can experience both the course and the tour at your own pace. It is a more advantageous pricing than holding all frames. Spend a special time just for couples, families and friends. The contents of the tour will be responded to within the range that can be arranged if there is a request.

Q: Can anyone participate?
The following conditions are set for riding a Segway. Please note that if a participant does not meet the conditions, it will be treated as a cancellation. ○ Holders of a driver's license that permits the operation of a small special vehicle, such as a regular car driver's license or a regular motorcycle license. Overseas holders must have an International Driver's Permit valid in Japan or a foreign driver's license that allows them to drive in Japan. Q: What is a Segway?
It has an excellent interface that controls its movement by shifting the center of gravity without accelerator or brake operation. Therefore, in addition to being able to start and stop smoothly, it is possible to move with small turns, such as being able to rotate on the spot with independent tires on the left and right.
Q: Do I need to make a reservation?
Please make a reservation through the website. Reservations can be made until 9 p.m. the day before.
Q: What are the case of cancellation?
Cancellation is possible until 17:00 two days before the tour date. We will receive a cancellation fee of 50% of the entry fee after 17:00 and 100% of the entry fee after 17:00 on the day before the tour date.
Q: When will I receive a refund after the cancellation is processed?
The credit card company will process the refund to the customer. Please be assured that if you cancel the case, even if you are charged once, the credit card company will refund you at a later date.
The refund method and timing vary depending on the customer's card contract status. In addition, there may be a time lag in reflecting the statement depending on the situation of the month 〆day, so please contact the credit card company directly from the customer to see if the cancellation process has been processed. In addition, it takes about 3 days to 1 week for the result to be reflected on the credit card company after we cancel the cancellation, so if you contact the credit card company, please open the date a little.
Q: What time should I go?
The course will start as soon as the time comes, so please be sure to arrive at least 10 minutes before the start time. There will be no change in departure time due to traffic jams or other delays, so please consider your arrival time. Once the program has started, you will not be able to participate later. 100% of the reservation will be charged. Please be careful not to be late.
Q:Can I only rent a Segway without a guide?
We do not lend out Segway individually. Be sure to participate in guided tours.
Q:Will the tour take place in case of rain?
There will be a little rain. In case of rain or bad weather, we will make a decision about 2 hours before the local guide on the day. In the event of bad weather, including rain, which may interfere with safe driving, the tour may be postponed or canceled at our discretion. To the extent that it can be judged that the event is canceled due to weather conditions or other reasons in advance, we will notify you of the cancellation using the phone number or e-mail address registered in advance, and we will refund or readjust the schedule.
